Job Summary
Conduct initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments at appropriate time points and evaluate changes in patient status since the last visit. Determine whether planned services require modification and submit documentation of treatment and skilled interventions provided. Participate in educating patients, families, and caregivers to promote progress toward mutually established goals. Maintain current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist active in Arizona with one year of experience, including preferred home care setting experience, and hold valid CPR certification and Arizona Fingerprint Clearance. Full-time role in Tucson, Arizona with competitive weekly pay, travel time reimbursement, and a $1000 signing bonus for eligible new hires.
Required Qualifications
- Current licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist active in Arizona
- One (1) year Physical Therapy experience
- CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
- Valid Arizona Fingerprint Clearance card
