Physical Therapist (PT) FT

Conduct in-house physical therapy for a wide range of orthopedic and neurological conditions at Heritage House. Create and implement programs focusing on balance, gait, mobility, functional maintenance, and sensory integration. Receive ongoing training and career development within a growing network of skilled nursing and post-acute rehabilitation facilities.
