Job Summary
Independent Contractor Physical Therapist in Home Health serving the Moorpark area. Responsible for the assessment and evaluation of patient care needs to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Develops and executes a treatment plan, implements interventions to improve well‐being, and monitors patient progress. Requires a physical therapy license and state registration, plus completion of an approved PT curriculum. Bilingual a plus. Offers flexibility to set your own schedule and work in your preferred area, with administrative support and independence as your own boss. Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist license and registration by the state
- Completion of a Physical Therapist curriculum approved by The American Physical Therapy Association, The Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association, or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association
