Job Summary
Independent Contractor Physical Therapist for Home Health in Oakley, CA. The Physical Therapist assesses and evaluates patient care needs to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability. Based on assessment, develops and executes a treatment plan with interventions to improve well-being and monitors progress. Requires license and state registration; curriculum approved by APTA or AMA councils. Strong communication, record-keeping, and clinical reasoning skills; ability to modify plans as patient needs evolve. Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist license and registration by the state
- Completion of a Physical Therapist curriculum approved by The American Physical Therapy Association, The Council on Medical Education and Hospitals of the American Medical Association, or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association
