Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) for Home Health providing assessment and treatment planning to promote movement, reduce pain, restore function, and prevent disability for patients across ages. Responsibilities include evaluating patient needs, developing and executing treatment plans, applying a variety of therapies, documenting progress accurately, and maintaining records with discretion. Strong written and verbal communication, clinical reasoning, and the ability to modify plans as needed are required. Bilingual abilities are a plus. Required Qualifications
- Physical Therapist license and registration by the state
