Job Summary
Physical Therapist for Home Health in Escondido and surrounding areas, working as an Independent Contractor. Deliver one-on-one treatment to patients of all ages, observe and report responses to treatment, and implement the plan of care. Use an intuitive EMR system (Cliniconnects) for documentation. Flexible schedule and control over coverage areas with no minimum requirements. Earn income based on per-visit rates and number of patients treated. Require CA PT license, completion of accredited PT program, reliable transportation, and smartphone; bilingual a plus. Required Qualifications
- Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
- Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state Board of Physical Therapy
- The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Reliable personal transportation
- Smartphone
- Bilingual a plus!
