Job Summary
Deliver quality physical therapy to homebound patients of all ages in Elk Grove and surrounding areas using the Cliniconnects app to accept or decline patients. Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment while determining the plan of care and documenting progress through an intuitive electronic medical record system. You control your own schedule and coverage areas as an independent contractor with no minimum visit requirements, earning per-visit rates based on the number of patients you treat. Reliable personal transportation and a smartphone are required, with a current, unrestricted Physical Therapy license from the state board being mandatory.
Required Qualifications
- Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
- Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state board of Physical Therapy
- The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Reliable personal transportation
- Smartphone
