Job Summary
Deliver quality physical therapy to patients of all ages in the Galt area as an independent contractor. Observe, record, and report patient responses to treatment while determining the plan of care. Utilize the Cliniconnects app to accept or decline referrals and complete intuitive documentation, often during the visit. Enjoy full schedule flexibility with no minimum coverage requirements and set your own income based on per-visit rates.
Required Qualifications
- Ability and enthusiasm in working with all ages
- Current Physical Therapist license issued by the state board of Physical Therapy
- The required license MUST be current, active, and unrestricted; a conditional, provisional, or restricted license will NOT be accepted. Limited permits will not be accepted.
- Completion of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Reliable personal transportation
- Smartphone
