Job Summary
Home Health Physical Therapist (PT) for Concierge Home Care in Vero Beach, FL. Provides 1:1 in-home care, evaluates patients, develops individualized treatment plans, administers therapeutic exercises and mobility training, educates patients and caregivers, collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, and supervises PTAs. Flexible schedule with options for Full-time, PRN, or 1099; pay-per-visit model with Medicare differential pay, mileage reimbursement, quarterly bonuses, and a pathway to higher income based on productivity. Emphasis on autonomy, reduced documentation time via AI-assisted charting, and onboarding support; requires Florida PT license and valid driver’s license.
Required Qualifications
