Job Summary
Physical Therapist provides acute care physical therapy services to restore function, improve mobility, and support safe patient discharge. Responsibilities include performing PT evaluations, developing plans of care, delivering mobility/gait/functional training, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams on discharge planning. Required Qualifications
- Bachelor/ Masters/ Doctorate/Certificate degree in Physical Therapy.
