Job Summary
Provide physical therapy services in a 1:1 geriatric home/community setting as part of FOX Rehabilitation's Geriatric House Calls program. The role supports flexible scheduling via full-time, part-time, or PRN/Flex options, with salary and benefits, mileage and professional-certification reimbursements, and H1B sponsorship for qualified applicants. New graduates have access to FOX's Emerging Professionals Mentor Program within a supportive interdisciplinary clinical team that emphasizes functional outcomes.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
