Job Summary
Conduct physical therapy services in a 1:1 setting to older adults via Geriatric House Calls, facilitating clinically excellent autonomous interventions. Drive rewarding patient outcomes within an interdisciplinary team focused on functional outcomes. Manage treatment schedules with full flexibility to create, control, and alter your work hours, available as full-time, part-time, or PRN. Maintain a valid Physical Therapy license, accredited degree, CPR certification, and basic computer literacy. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
