Job Summary

Provide and direct physical therapy services to children aged birth to three, including assessment, treatment, program planning, implementation, documentation, and communication. Perform evaluations and assessments to update the IFSP, establish treatment schedules, and deliver services as mandated. Participate in family and caregiver education while maintaining a proven track record with high-volume workloads. Requires a valid Physical Therapy license, qualifying degree, and Early Intervention credential. Full-time or part-time roles offer medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus a $3,000 sign-on bonus and a clinical mentorship program starting day one.

Required Qualifications

  • valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
  • qualifying degree in Physical Therapy
  • Early Intervention Temporary or Full Credential
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Effective leadership and customer relationship skills
  • Ability to exercise mature judgment with initiative in analyzing and solving problems
  • Treats all clients with dignity, compassion, empathy and respect
  • Proven track record with high volume workloads
