Job Summary
Provide Physical Therapy services to children in Early Intervention settings, including home and center visits. Perform evaluations and assessments, track child progress, and deliver therapy as mandated in the IFSP. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to support individual goals while completing documentation and progress notes. Assist with functional mobility, orientation, safety directives, and exercises. Requires a valid, unencumbered Physical Therapy license and qualifying degree. Posted salary range is USD $70.00 - USD $90.00 /Hr.
Required Qualifications
- valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- qualifying degree in Physical Therapy
- DOH approval
