Job Summary
Provide Physical Therapy services to children in Early Intervention settings, including home and center visits. Perform evaluations and assessments, track child progress, and deliver services mandated in the IFSP. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to support individual goals. Complete documentation and progress notes while assisting with functional mobility, orientation, safety directives, and exercises. Requires a valid, unencumbered Physical Therapy license and qualifying degree with DOH approval. Salary range is $70.00 to $90.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
