Job Summary
Provide Physical Therapy services to children in Early Intervention settings, including home and center visits. Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress tracking while delivering care mandated in the IFSP. Collaborate with families, caregivers, educators, and professionals to support individual child goals. Complete documentation and progress notes daily. Assist with functional mobility, orientation, safety directives, and exercises. Licensed Physical Therapists with a qualifying degree and DOH approval are required. Required Qualifications
- valid and unencumbered Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- qualifying degree in Physical Therapy
