Provide physical therapy to children and families while overseeing a team of Physical Therapists. Foster each child's mobility, gross motor development, and functional independence growth through individualized and group therapy sessions. Implement therapeutic approaches such as DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and the Intentional Relationship Model (IRM). Collaborate daily with occupational and speech therapists, as well as social workers, and document progress while communicating with families to support continuity of care. Offer mentorship, clinical guidance, and performance feedback to ensure consistency in care delivery and team growth.
