Job Summary
Provide inclusive, hands-on physical therapy in outpatient clinics. Evaluate patients and develop personalized plans of care. Leverage EMR and outcome data to guide clinical decisions. Clearly and efficiently document evaluations and treatments. Collaborate with teammates to grow skills and clinic culture. Required Qualifications
- Degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
