Job Summary
Deliver patient-centered physical therapy to restore function and independence across in-facility settings. Assess patient needs, develop customized recovery plans, and deliver PT services while collaborating with the rehab team. Train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity, act as a teacher to improve outcomes, and support ongoing professional development through mentorship and ongoing CEUs. The role includes leveraging Powerback’s integrated rehab approach and participating in visa sponsorship/relocation processes as part of joining a growing national rehabilitation team.
Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
