Job Summary
Physical Therapist opportunity in in-facility care across Powerback’s rehabilitation continuum. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, delivering physical therapy, and educating patients and caregivers to promote independence and productive living. Requires a valid Physical Therapy license in practice states and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent combination of PT degrees with experience). Collaboration with peers and referral to specialists as needed; demonstrates patient-centered care and a commitment to growth through CEUs and mentorship.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
