Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) needed to provide patient-centered rehabilitation in facility settings across Powerback locations. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, delivering physical therapy, and training patients and caregivers to promote independence. The role emphasizes collaboration with a rehab team, teaching skills to improve function, and supporting a mentorship-driven environment with opportunities for growth and ongoing education. Eligible for Visa/Green Card sponsorship and relocation assistance. Location: Memphis, TN; in-facility work. Salary: $39-$50/hr ($81,120-$104,000 annually).
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated as equivalent to a U.S. PT degree
