Physical Therapist (PT)

Physical Therapist (PT) needed at Powerback, an established rehabilitation provider delivering coordinated physical therapy services across facilities and home-based care. RESPONSIBILITIES: assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy; train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity; collaborate with peers and refer patients as needed; provide patient-centered care aimed at restoring and enhancing physical abilities. QUALIFICATIONS: valid PT license in practicing state(s) or eligibility, and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or a related field with a PT Bachelor’s) or Bachelor’s plus 5 years PT experience; degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence.
