Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) needed at Powerback, an established rehabilitation provider delivering coordinated physical therapy services across facilities and home-based care. RESPONSIBILITIES: assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy; train patients and caregivers to promote independence and productivity; collaborate with peers and refer patients as needed; provide patient-centered care aimed at restoring and enhancing physical abilities. QUALIFICATIONS: valid PT license in practicing state(s) or eligibility, and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or a related field with a PT Bachelor’s) or Bachelor’s plus 5 years PT experience; degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated for U.S. equivalence. LOCATION: Wilmington, DE, in facility setting with in-person work. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
