Job Summary
Physical Therapist in facility settings providing direct patient care: assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. Collaborate with rehab team, train patients and caregivers on necessary skills to promote independence, and refer to other services as needed. Must hold an approved Physical Therapy license in practice states and possess a Master's degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent combination as listed in qualifications). This role includes a structured pathway for professional growth and a fast-paced onboarding process in a patient-centered care environment.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to U.S. equivalence
