Job Summary
Provide in-facility physical therapy services to patients across skilled nursing centers, assisted/independent living facilities, outpatient clinics, and home-based care. Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, deliver PT, educate patients and caregivers to promote independence, and collaborate with rehab team to optimize functional outcomes. Roles emphasize patient-centered care, mentorship for new grads, and ongoing professional development; license, Master’s degree in PT (or equivalent), and eligibility to practice required. The position offers visa sponsorship and relocation support and is part of Powerback’s comprehensive rehabilitation services network.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Degree earned outside the US must be evaluated to the US equivalent
