Job Summary
Physical Therapist responsible for assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy in in-facility settings. Must collaborate with a rehabilitation team, train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence, and design programs to restore and enhance physical abilities. Requires a valid Physical Therapy license and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or an equivalent combination of PT-related degrees as specified). Demonstrates a patient-centered approach, strong teamwork, and willingness to participate in mentorship and ongoing education. Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are available; posted salary range is hourly as part of a full-time role in WAUKESHA, WI.
Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
