Job Summary
Physical Therapist needed for in-facility work at Powerback Rehabilitation. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, delivering physical therapy, training patients and caregivers to promote independence, collaborating with a rehabilitation team, and guiding patients through therapy to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities. The role emphasizes patient-centered care, adaptability across settings, and a collaborative approach with peers and referrals. Required Qualifications
- Valid Physical Therapy license in state(s) of practice or proof of license and eligibility
- Master’s degree in Physical Therapy; or Master’s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- Qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
