Physical Therapist (PT)

In-facility Physical Therapist role delivering patient-centered physical therapy to restore and enhance physical abilities. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering PT services; collaboration with the rehab team; educating patients and caregivers to promote independence; and contributing to a supportive, growth-oriented environment. The position requires a valid Physical Therapy license and a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or equivalent combination with a Bachelor's plus 5 years of PT experience); visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are available.
