Job Summary
Physical Therapist for an in-facility role delivering patient-centered rehabilitation at Powerback. Responsibilities include assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, delivering physical therapy, teaching patients and caregivers to promote independence, collaborating with the rehab team, and referring to additional care as needed. Requires PT licensure in practice state(s), a Master’s degree in Physical Therapy (or Master’s in a related field with a PT Bachelor’s, or a Bachelor’s with 5 years of progressive PT experience). Visa sponsorship and relocation assistance are offered; sign-on incentive of up to $10,000. The role emphasizes growth, mentorship, CEUs, and multidisciplinary collaboration.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility.
- Must have a Master‘s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Must have a Master‘s degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor‘s degree in Physical Therapy; or
- Must have a Bachelor‘s degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.
