Job Summary
Physical Therapist (PT) provides full range of physical therapy services: assess patients, develop and implement personalized treatment plans, perform therapeutic exercises and manual therapy, and utilize modalities to improve function. Educates patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics; maintains accurate documentation; collaborates with an interdisciplinary team. Requires state PT licensure and CPR (preferred). Location: Richmond, IN with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits; role includes responsibilities consistent with an aging-services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Current valid state PT licensure or certification
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
- Experience 0-1 years
