Job Summary
As a Physical Therapist at Powerback Rehabilitation, you will deliver patient-centered care in facility settings, assessing patient needs, developing recovery plans, and delivering physical therapy to help patients regain function. You will educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with the rehab team, and support interdisciplinary care across skilled nursing centers, outpatient clinics, and home-based care. The role includes potential visa sponsorship and relocation assistance, participation in the Clinical Mentorship Program, and opportunities for growth within a supportive, patient-focused organization. You will work with a team to restore, reinforce, and enhance patients’ physical abilities and contribute to the mobility and independence of those served.
Required Qualifications
- Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
