Home Health Physical Therapist provides skilled therapy in patients’ homes, conducting patient evaluations, developing treatment plans, guiding therapeutic exercises and mobility training, and educating patients and caregivers on recovery and safety. Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary teams, supervises Physical Therapy Assistants, and documents visits using AI-assisted tools. Offers flexible scheduling (PRN, full-time, modified schedules, and 1099 contractor opportunities) with a pay-per-visit model, comprehensive onboarding, mentorship, CEUs, and opportunities for career advancement. Requires Florida PT license and reliable transportation.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Florida Physical Therapist license
