Job Summary
Provide skilled PT-related therapy services to residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) while collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to improve safety, function, and quality of life. Licensed Florida PT required (or license-eligible); SNF/post-acute experience preferred. Work within dedicated therapy gyms at The Springs at Lake Pointe Woods, Palmer Ranch Health and Rehabilitation Center, and Hawthorne Health and Rehabilitation Center in Sarasota, FL, delivering patient-centered rehab and rehabilitation services with modern equipment and supportive leadership.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Active Florida PT license (or license-eligible) required
