Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in facility settings. Design programs that restore and enhance physical abilities while training patients and caregivers on skills for independence. Collaborate with peers to make referrals when necessary to ensure patients receive comprehensive care. You will work directly with older adults in skilled nursing centers, assisted living, and outpatient clinics, as well as children receiving home- and school-based therapy. This role supports the company's mission to help patients get their power back through patient-centered, individualized rehabilitation solutions.
Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
