Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in facility settings. Design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while addressing the whole patient as an individual. Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to help patients thrive. This role supports older adults in skilled nursing, assisted living, independent living, outpatient clinics, and home-based care. Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
