Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in facility settings. Design individualized programs to restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities for older adults and children. Train patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence and productivity while collaborating with peers and making referrals as needed. Report to the Director of Rehab. Full-time roles include medical, dental, and vision plans, paid time off, 401k, and on-demand pay, with H-1B sponsorship and relocation assistance available. Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
