Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy in a skilled nursing or assisted living facility setting. Design individualized programs to restore and enhance physical abilities while training patients and caregivers on skills to promote independence. Collaborate with peers and make referrals to ensure comprehensive care for older adults and children across various locations. Full-time role with paid time off, 401k, and clinical mentorship support. Salary range $45.00 - $52.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
