Job Summary
Assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver physical therapy to older adults in skilled nursing, assisted living, outpatient, and home-based settings. Design programs that restore, reinforce, and enhance physical abilities while teaching patients and caregivers skills for independence. Collaborate with peers to make referrals when necessary and adapt care to individual patient needs across various environments. Report to the Director of Rehab in facility locations. Full-time, part-time, and PRN roles available with H-1B sponsorship and journey travel options.
Required Qualifications
- valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice, or proof of license and eligibility
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field in addition to a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience
- qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy
