Job Summary
Provide direct rehabilitation care as a Physical Therapist in Life Care Centers of America facilities, following physician referrals and post-acute care standards. Follow treatment plans, establish and adjust functional goals, oversee care by PTAs and rehab staff, document and chart promptly, and use therapy software. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to meet patient needs, maintain patient safety and confidentiality, and contribute to a patient-centered environment. New grads welcomed; opportunities for career advancement and ongoing CEU opportunities are available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (BSPT, MSPT, or DPT)
- Currently registered/licensed in applicable state (Washington)
- CPR certification (must remain current during employment)
