Job Summary
Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and functional assessments to develop individualized treatment plans based on patient goals and physician recommendations. Deliver skilled interventions, monitor progress, and modify plans as needed while educating patients and families on home exercise programs and mobility techniques. Coordinate caseloads, assignments, and daily workflow to support clinical operations and ensure compliance with professional standards. Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to maximize patient outcomes in a multidisciplinary rehabilitation environment.
Required Qualifications
- Current Physical Therapist license
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Physical Therapy
- Minimum of one year of Physical Therapist experience
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of employment
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative inpatient rehabilitation environment
