Physical Therapist (PT)

Physical Therapist (PT) provides evaluations of patients’ physical and functional abilities, develops individualized treatment plans to improve mobility and reduce pain, sets rehabilitation goals, collaborates with nurses, occupational therapists, speech-language pathologists, and other healthcare professionals, administers therapies including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, or heat/cold therapy, maintains accurate records, writes progress notes and reports, and communicates progress and plan modifications to physicians, families, and caregivers. Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in PA; CPR certification preferred.
