Physical Therapist PT - Chicago (AV)

Provide physical therapy to children and families in our clinic, schools, and homes, fostering mobility and functional independence through individualized and group sessions. Implement evidence-based approaches including DIR/Floortime, Developmental Treatment, Motor Skills Acquisition, and the Intentional Relationship Model. Collaborate daily with occupational and speech therapists and social workers while documenting progress and communicating with families to ensure continuity of care. Work Monday-Friday from 8:00am to 4:30pm at our Avondale location.
