Job Summary
Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans; implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to improve mobility, strength, and overall function; educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and lifestyle modifications; monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary; collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care; stay current with best practices and evidence-based treatments in physical therapy; participate in community outreach programs to promote health and wellness.
Required Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited program
- Valid state license to practice physical therapy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Commitment to continuous professional development
