Job Summary

The position requires a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT), an active license, and BLS/CPR certification.
Required Qualifications
- Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program
- Meets qualifications as established by APTA
- Active Physical Therapy License in State of Practice
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
- Valid driver's license
