Job Summary
The Physical Therapist provides evaluation/assessment and formulates treatment plans in a home care setting, collaborates with physicians and case managers, and delivers therapy services per treatment plans in Temple, TX.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a Baccalaureate, Master's or Doctorate program in Physical Therapy program accredited by a Physical Therapy accreditation
- Current and unencumbered licensed to practice as a Physical Therapist within the state of employment
- Two (2) years of appropriate experience as a Physical Therapist. Community/home health experience is a plus
- Demonstrates good verbal and written communication and organization
- Possess and maintain valid CPR Must have obtained in-person with a practical skills evaluation as part of the final test
- Access to reliable transportation.
