Job Summary
Certified Physical Therapist (PT) needed to provide pediatric home health therapy in Texas, offering both part-time and full-time opportunities. Responsibilities include performing evaluations, developing goals, and implementing physical therapy treatment plans in the home and community; assist pediatric patients to develop/regain physical, neurological, cognitive, and social-emotional functioning; educate and empower caregivers to integrate therapy into daily routines; coordinate with referral partners; design and instruct home exercise programs; document care in an EMR and maintain patient confidentiality. Required Qualifications
- Texas State PT license
