Job Summary
Certified Physical Therapist (PT) for pediatric home health; implement treatment programs for pediatric patients with physical, neurological, cognitive, and social/emotional needs in home and community settings. Responsibilities include evaluating patients, developing and implementing goals and treatment plans, coaching caregivers to carry over activities, coordinating with referral partners, and documenting care in an EMR. Bilingual Spanish/English preferred. Requires Texas PT license and CPR certification; 1+ year experience preferred. Flexible scheduling with both part-time and full-time opportunities and comprehensive benefits.
