Job Summary
Implement pediatric Physical Therapy (PT) treatment programs in home and community settings to assist children with physical, neurological, cognitive, and social/emotional disabilities or delays. Perform evaluations, develop goals, and create/modify PT treatment plans in collaboration with the physician. Help pediatric patients develop or regain functioning and independence through skilled interventions, and educate/coaching caregivers to carry over therapeutic activities into daily routines. Coordinate with referral partners, design and instruct home exercise programs after discharge, and document care in an intuitive EMR while maintaining patient confidentiality. Requires state license and current CPR certification; 1+ year experience preferred. Offers part-time and full-time opportunities with comprehensive benefits.
