Job Summary
Evaluate patient conditions, develop treatment plans, and instruct nursing staff and families on follow-through programs to improve daily progress. Communicate patient updates to supervisors and assist with scheduling and post-charge documentation. Document care according to regulatory, licensing, and accrediting requirements while maintaining equipment and work areas in safe, clean conditions. Adhere to the Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, and applicable state/federal laws.
Required Qualifications
- Degree from an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Current and unrestricted Physical Therapy license in the state where services are rendered
- Current CPR certification
- Strong organizational and communication skills
