Physical Therapist (PT), Acute Rehabilitation

Assume responsibility and accountability for patients treated by Physical Therapist Assistants and therapy techs, including orienting staff and assuming supervisory duties in their absence. Assess patient needs, initiate appropriate interventions, and evaluate treatment progress toward short and long-term goals. Perform accurate assessments and reassessments per policy, conduct QI scoring, and recommend physician changes when necessary. Address pain interfering with function and make appropriate physician contacts for intervention. Requires current licensure, BLS/CPR certification, and inpatient rehab experience preferred. Full-time, M-F schedule at Genesis Medical Center - Davenport.
