Physical Therapist (PT), Acute Rehabilitation

Conduct physical therapy assessments and develop treatment plans to restore patient strength, mobility, and function. Provide direct patient care while educating patients and caregivers on home exercise programs. Document treatment sessions and patient outcomes accurately, then collaborate with rehab teams for discharge planning. Perform other duties as assigned. Requires a current PT license, graduate degree from an accredited program, and CPR certification, with previous rehab experience preferred. Full-time schedule at Mercy Medical Center.
